SMS Messaging Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
The short version. If you're a member of the public, we only text you after you've contacted us first — by filling in a form, texting us, or calling us. If you're a business, we may occasionally reach out to the number you've published on your own business listing. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We never sell or share your phone number with anyone for their marketing.
1. Who we are
EveryCall is a service operated by Lead Frog, based in British Columbia, Canada. We build websites and run communication systems for local service businesses — trades, home services, auto, clinics and salons. Our system includes missed-call text-back, instant reply to web inquiries, and automated Google review requests.
2. How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from us in one of these ways:
- By ticking the text-message box on a form on everycall.co. The box is optional and is not ticked for you. You can submit any form on this website, and receive everything we offer, without ticking it — we will reply by phone or email instead. Consent to texts is never required to use the service or to buy anything.
- By starting a chat on everycall.co and giving us your mobile number. The chat shows this disclosure before you send anything; the conversation then continues by text rather than in the chat window, so you can carry on with your day and reply when it suits you.
- By texting us first at (888) 240-2477. Messaging us is your invitation for us to reply.
- By calling us at (888) 240-2477. If we can't answer, you may get an automated text back from that number so we can help. Calling us is your request for that reply.
- By giving us your number during a call, a meeting, or in the course of becoming a client.
We do not buy phone number lists. We do not text personal or residential numbers that have not contacted us first. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. Business-to-business outreach is covered separately in section 3 below.
3. Business-to-business outreach
Separately from the above, we sometimes contact local businesses that we think we can help. We do this only where all of the following are true:
- The number is published by the business itself — on its Google Business Profile, its website, or an equivalent public listing — without any statement saying it does not want unsolicited messages.
- The message relates to that business. We write about their trade, their area, and the website we can build them. We do not send general advertising.
- We identify ourselves in the message, name EveryCall, and include a way to stop.
Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation this is implied consent through conspicuous publication. It applies to businesses only. We never contact personal or residential numbers this way.
How many messages. At most two: an initial message and one follow-up a few days later. If there is no reply, we stop. We do not keep messaging a business that has not responded.
Stopping it. Reply STOP, or tell us in any other way, and we remove the number permanently — not just from the current campaign. We action this the same day.
Outreach is sent from a number used only for that purpose, separate from the number our clients and inquirers reach us on.
4. What we'll send you
- Missed-call text-back. If you call and we can't pick up, you'll get a text from our number letting you know and asking what you need.
- Replies about your inquiry. If you contacted us first, we may text you about your inquiry, send you a link to the demo website we've built, confirm a call time, or follow up on whether you're still interested.
- Client service messages. If you're a client, messages about your account, your website, or work in progress.
- Review requests. If we've completed work for you, we may send one text inviting you to leave a Google review, and at most one follow-up.
We do not send promotional messages on behalf of third parties, affiliates or partners.

6. Message frequency
Frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Business outreach as described in section 3 is capped at two messages in total. Most prospective clients receive fewer than five messages over a two to four week period. Active clients receive messages as needed for their account. You will not receive more than ten messages from us in a single day.
7. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge you for texting us or receiving our messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan. Check with your carrier if you're unsure.
8. How to opt out
Reply to any message from us with any of these keywords:
STOP · END · QUIT · CANCEL · UNSUBSCRIBE · ARRET
You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then nothing further unless you opt back in. You can also opt out by emailing hello@everycall.co or calling us and asking to be removed.
9. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message and you'll get our contact details and a short description of the service. You can also reach us directly:
Phone / text: (888) 240-2477
Email: hello@everycall.co
10. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.
11. Privacy
Your phone number and the contents of your messages are confidential. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your phone number or message content with any third party for their marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors who provide support services, such as our messaging platform, solely so that we can operate the service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.
12. Anti-spam compliance
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every commercial message we send identifies us, provides a working way to unsubscribe, and is sent only where we have express or implied consent. Unsubscribe requests are actioned immediately and always within 10 business days.
