Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
EveryCall is a service operated by Lead Frog, based in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo, book a call, or contact us, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this website we collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the website that referred you.
Information from clients. If you become a client, we process information about your customers on your behalf — names, phone numbers, email addresses, and the content of calls, texts and inquiries handled through the system we run for you.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry and build the demo website you asked for
- To deliver and support the service you're paying for
- To send you service-related messages about your account
- To understand how this website is used, so we can improve it
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
3. Consent
We collect and use your personal information with your consent. Submitting a form on this website, texting us, or calling us is your consent for us to reply by phone, text or email about your inquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, or by replying STOP to any text message. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service.
4. Text messages (SMS)
How you opt in. On our contact form at everycall.co/contact there is an optional checkbox reading "Text me the moment my website is ready". It is not ticked for you, and the form submits whether or not you tick it — consent to texts is never required to use the service or to buy anything from us. You also consent by texting us first, by calling us, or by starting a chat on this website and giving us your mobile number.
What we send. Replies about your inquiry, a link to the demo website we build for you, confirmation of a call time, and service messages if you become a client. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we remove your number the same day. Reply HELP for our contact details. You can also email hello@everycall.co or call us and ask to be removed.
No sharing. Mobile information collected for SMS is never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Information is shared only with the messaging platform that delivers the messages on our behalf.
Our full SMS Policy sets this out in more detail.
5. Third parties we use
We use a small number of service providers to operate the business. Each receives only the information needed to do its job:
- HighLevel — the platform that runs the phone number, text messaging, review requests and customer inbox
- Web3Forms — delivers form submissions from this website to our inbox
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous website analytics
- Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your full card number
- Google — Business Profile management and review links, where we manage those on your behalf
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored in another country is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts and law enforcement.
6. What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share your phone number or email with third parties for their own marketing. We do not buy contact lists.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies to remember your preferences and to run analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the website may not work correctly if you do.
If you'd like to change your choice about analytics cookies, you can do that here: change cookie settings.
8. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for up to two years after our last contact with you. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete information sooner where we're not required to keep it.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at the address below and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
