Takes a couple of minutes. You get your own link and a dashboard showing everyone who signs up with it and every payment you're owed.
Pass it on
Send your link to a trade you know who's missing calls or stuck with a website that does nothing. Tell them I'll build their website first, free, and they only pay if they like it. That's the whole pitch.
I take it from there
Same as anyone: a fifteen-minute call, then I build their website before they pay a thing. If they're not a fit, I'll tell them straight — you won't have wasted a favour.
You get paid, every month
Starting with their very first payment, $100 lands in your account by e-Transfer 30 days after each payment comes through. Then again the next month, and the one after that, for as long as they stay.

Who can join
You don't have to be a client.
Anyone can join. Clients, obviously — but also the person behind the counter at the supply house, the electrician you sub to on every build, the bookkeeper who does half the trades in town. Trades know trades. That's the whole idea.
The best referral is someone who's good at the work, has jobs coming in, and keeps missing calls because they're on the tools. If that sounds like someone you know, you already know who to send.
The rules, briefly
Short, and in plain English.
- Personal introductions only. Tell people you know. No bulk texts, email blasts or bought lists — anti-spam law covers anything sent on my behalf, and it puts both of us at risk.
- Your own business doesn't count. No referring yourself, or your own company under another name.
- They need to come through your link, or tell me you sent them. That's how I know it was you, so make sure they mention your name on the call.
- You're paid 30 days after they pay. The wait covers refunds and chargebacks. If their account is paused, or a payment fails, is refunded or is charged back in that time, there's nothing owed for that month. When they cancel, the payments stop.
- Paid by e-Transfer to the email address you join with. Businesses in Canada only for now.
- It's income. Keep track of it for your taxes. I'm not an accountant, so check with yours.
- If the program ever changes, you'll get 30 days' notice by email, and anything you've already earned still gets paid.
Questions
What people ask first.
Do I have to be an EveryCall client?
No. Anyone can join and refer. If you are a client, it works exactly the same way.
Is there a limit on how many I can refer?
No. Ten referrals that stay is $1,000 a month, every month.
When do I get paid?
30 days after each referral's monthly payment comes through, starting with their first one. So if someone signs up on the 5th, your first $100 arrives around the 4th of the following month. If you've referred three trades who signed up on different days, you'll get three e-Transfers a month, each on its own day.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. Payments go by e-Transfer to the email address you join with, the same way you'd get paid by a customer.
What happens if they cancel?
The payments stop when their subscription does. Anything you've already been paid is yours to keep.
How do I see who's signed up?
Your referral dashboard shows everyone who signs up through you and every payment you're owed, so you never have to ask.
What if the person I refer isn't a good fit?
Then I'll tell them on the call, the same as anyone. I'd rather turn down a sign-up than take someone's money for something that won't pay for itself — and a referral that cancels in month two isn't worth anything to you either.
What do I actually say to them?
Something like: "The guy who does my website builds you one first, free, and you only pay if you like it. Here's his link — tell him I sent you." That's it. The demo does the selling.
