For existing clients

Four things
you can bolt on.

Your monthly already covers the website, the phone, the reviews, the booking and the inbox. None of these four are needed to make any of that work. They're here because clients kept asking for them, and because each one solves a problem the base system doesn't touch.

Customer Reactivation

$697 CAD$497 USD · one time

Everyone you've ever done a job for is sitting in your invoicing software, and most of them haven't heard from you since. I sort the list by job date, work out who you're allowed to contact, and send four emails over three weeks from your own address. Afterwards the service reminders keep running as part of your monthly.

Best for: anyone with more than a hundred past customers and a way of finding their email addresses. It's usually the fastest work a business ever wins.

AI Receptionist

$197 CAD$147 USD · per month

Your phone rings first, exactly as it does now. The calls you don't reach get picked up instead of going to voicemail — answered in your business's name, from what's on your own website, and booked straight into your calendar. Every call is recorded and written up into the same inbox as your texts.

Best for: trades who are on the tools all day and lose calls they never find out about. Monthly rather than one time, because it's working every day.

Text-to-Pay

$147 CAD$97 USD · one time

Send the invoice as a text before you leave the driveway. They tap it and pay on their phone, card or Apple Pay, straight into your own account. The same link takes a deposit before you book someone in, which is what stops no-shows.

Best for: anyone still emailing invoices and waiting a fortnight. Needs a payment account in your name — about fifteen minutes, and the one part I can't do for you.

Google Maps Boost

$147 CAD$97 USD · per month

Your website, your Google listing and your reviews already push you up the map. This adds the steady monthly work on top: two to four posts a month on your Google listing, your details claimed and kept right on the directories Google checks, and a map on the first of every month showing where you come up across your whole area.

Best for: anyone who shows up near the shop but drops off a few streets away, in a trade where most customers find you on the map. No promised spot in the top three — just the work, and the map to show it.

Being straight about it

I'd rather you bought none of them.

Not really — but close enough that it's worth saying. The monthly is the thing that works. These four are for specific situations, and if yours isn't one of them, you'll get nothing back for the money.

So tell me your situation before you buy anything. If your customer list is too thin, if you already take cards on the job, if you answer your own phone all day anyway, or if you're already top of the map where it matters, I'll say so. Text or call (888) 240-2477, or email hello@everycall.co.

Two of these are monthly — the receptionist and the Maps Boost — and each bills on its own line and comes off by email the same way everything else does. No contract, no minimum term, on any of them.

Anything at all, just ask.

Text or call (888) 240-2477, or email hello@everycall.co. You're dealing with me, same as always.
