Using this website
By using this website, you agree to these terms. The website is run by Fernbank Landscaping, based in Port Moody, BC.
What’s on this site
The information here is general. Services, availability and anything else described can change, and nothing on this site is an offer or a price for your job. Some photos may show typical work rather than our own jobs.
Estimates and work
Sending an inquiry doesn’t commit you to anything, and it doesn’t commit us to taking the job. The scope, price and schedule for any work are set out in the written estimate or agreement for your job, and that document is what applies to the work.
Text messaging
Fernbank Landscaping customer texts: messages about your inquiry and your job, sent only if you tick the box on our form or text us first. Consent isn’t a condition of hiring us.
If you tick Text me about my inquiry on our form, or text us first, we’ll send text messages about your inquiry and your job — replies to your questions, scheduling, updates while the work is under way, and after it’s done, a request to review us. Ticking the box is optional: your inquiry reaches us either way, and we’ll reply by phone or email instead.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email callum@fernbanklandscaping.ca or call (604) 555-0362.
We don’t sell, rent or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, other than the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Links and reviews
Links to other websites, such as Google reviews or social media, are there for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
Limits
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it’s provided as it is, without promises that it will always be complete, current or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using the website itself. This doesn’t limit any right you have under consumer protection law, or anything set out in the agreement for your job.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
