Snow Clearing
in Port Moody
Driveways, walkways, and small strata properties cleared when a storm is forecast, not after the fact. Salting and de-icing are included, and maintenance clients are scheduled first.
What this covers
Snow Clearing, done properly
It barely snows here until the week it does, and then nobody is available. Our snow clients are mostly people already on maintenance, which is how we can commit to being there.
We're set up for driveways, walkways and small strata properties. Large commercial lots and parking areas aren't our trade and we'll say so rather than take the contract.

How it works
No Surprises
Callum walks every property himself before we put a number in front of you, so the estimate you get reflects what's really there.
Callum walks the property
Every quote starts with a site visit. No estimates over the phone. Callum looks at grade, drainage, existing plants, and any problem areas before putting a number together.
You get a clear quote
Written scope, flat seasonal price for maintenance work, itemized for project work. No surprises when the invoice arrives.
We schedule you in
Maintenance clients are booked into a regular rotation before the season starts. Project work gets a start date confirmed in writing.
Consistent crew, all season
The same team handles your property. They know your yard, they know your preferences, and they don't need to relearn it every visit.

Questions
Snow Clearing: what people ask
How do you decide when to show up — do we have to call you after it snows?
We monitor forecasts and mobilise before the snow falls, not after it has already piled up. The goal is to have driveways and walkways clear when you need them, without you having to track us down.
What size of property do you handle for snow clearing?
We're set up for residential driveways and walkways and small strata properties. Large commercial lots and parking areas aren't what we do, and we'll say so upfront rather than take on a contract we aren't built for.
Do we need to be an existing maintenance client to get snow clearing?
Priority does go to our maintenance clients, which is how we can commit to being there when it drops. If you aren't already on a maintenance contract, send us a message or call and we can let you know what availability looks like.
