Storm damage
in Surrey
After storm damage, a proper on-roof assessment with photographs gives you something concrete to hand an adjuster rather than a verbal opinion. Honest advice on whether the damage actually warrants a claim is part of the assessment.
What this covers
Storm damage, done properly
After a windstorm everyone calls at once, and a lot of companies turn up with a clipboard and an opinion. We go on the roof, photograph what's actually damaged, and give you an assessment you can hand to an adjuster.
If the damage is cosmetic and not worth a claim, we'll say so.
- Full photographic assessment
- Wind and hail damage
- Emergency tarping
- Insurance documentation
- Honest advice on whether to claim

How it works
No Surprises
Ryan walks every job himself before we quote it, so the price we agree on isn't going to change once work starts.
Free inspection
We come out, get on the roof, and photograph what's actually there.
Honest assessment
If it has five years left, we'll tell you. We'd rather do it right later.
Written quote
Fixed price, itemized, with the timeline. It holds for 30 days.
The work
Six crews, most re-roofs done in two to three days. Site cleared daily.

Questions
Storm damage: what people ask
What does your storm damage assessment actually involve?
We go on the roof — not just look from the ground — and photograph everything that's damaged so you have something concrete to hand to an insurance adjuster. You get a real assessment rather than a verbal opinion from someone with a clipboard.
How do I know whether the damage is worth claiming on my insurance?
We'll give you an honest read on that. If the damage is cosmetic and unlikely to be worth the claim, we'll say so rather than encourage you to file unnecessarily.
Can you help with emergency tarping after a storm?
Yes, emergency tarping is part of what we do for storm damage. If your roof has been opened up by wind and water is getting in, call us and we'll get it covered while the full assessment and repairs are arranged.

The Rest of What We Do
Re-roofing
A full tear-off and replacement that starts by exposing the deck so nothing gets covered up without being photographed first. The roof is dried in the same day it's stripped, and rotten sheathing is replaced before new material goes down.
Read moreEmergency repairs
Active leaks get a same-day tarp to stop water from spreading while the structure dries out enough to repair properly. Everything is photographed throughout, which gives you usable documentation if an insurance claim follows.
Read moreGutters
Overflowing and deteriorating gutters are one of the more common starting points for wall and foundation water damage on Lower Mainland homes. Replacement, leaf guards, downspout work and seasonal cleaning are all handled.
Read moreFlat roofs
Torch-on and TPO membranes for additions, garages, decks and small commercial roofs, with drainage and slope corrected rather than just resurfaced. Flat roofs fail slowly at seams, so getting the water moving off properly is the part that matters most.
Read moreSkylights
Skylight leaks are almost always a flashing problem rather than a fault with the unit itself, and reflashing a sound skylight costs considerably less than replacing it. New installations are scheduled within a re-roof wherever possible to avoid opening the roof a second time.
