Flat roofs
in Surrey

Torch-on and TPO membranes for additions, garages, decks and small commercial roofs, with drainage and slope corrected rather than just resurfaced. Flat roofs fail slowly at seams, so getting the water moving off properly is the part that matters most.

What this covers

Flat roofs, done properly

Flat roofs fail differently from pitched ones — usually slowly, at a seam, somewhere you can't see. By the time it shows inside, the deck underneath has often been wet for a while.

We do torch-on and TPO for additions, garages and small commercial, and we get the drainage right rather than just resurfacing.

Questions

Flat roofs: what people ask

What's the difference between torch-on and TPO, and how do I know which one is right for my flat roof?

Both are solid options for flat roofs, but they suit different situations and budgets. The right choice depends on your specific structure, so send us a message or call and we can talk through what makes sense for your addition, garage or commercial space.

What are the signs that a flat roof is failing?

Flat roofs often fail slowly at a seam or flashing rather than all at once, so by the time you see something inside the building the deck underneath may already have been wet for a while. Water staining on ceilings, bubbling membrane, or pooling water on the surface are all signs worth getting looked at.

Do you correct drainage problems or just resurface?

We get the drainage right as part of the job, not just put a new membrane over an existing problem. Resurfacing without addressing slope and drainage is one of the reasons flat roofs fail again sooner than they should.
