Gutters
in Surrey
Overflowing and deteriorating gutters are one of the more common starting points for wall and foundation water damage on Lower Mainland homes. Replacement, leaf guards, downspout work and seasonal cleaning are all handled.
What this covers
Gutters, done properly
Most of the water damage we see on Lower Mainland houses started as a gutter problem rather than a roof problem. Overflowing gutters put water down the wall and into the foundation.
We replace, install guards, and do the cleaning that nobody enjoys but everybody needs twice a year.
- Gutter replacement and repair
- Leaf guards and screens
- Downspout and drainage work
- Seasonal cleaning
- Fascia and soffit repair

How it works
No Surprises
Ryan walks every job himself before we quote it, so the price we agree on isn't going to change once work starts.
Free inspection
We come out, get on the roof, and photograph what's actually there.
Honest assessment
If it has five years left, we'll tell you. We'd rather do it right later.

Questions
Gutters: what people ask
How often should gutters be cleaned, and what happens if they're left too long?
Most homes need cleaning twice a year to keep water moving the way it should. Overflowing gutters push water down the wall and toward the foundation, and a lot of the water damage we see on Lower Mainland houses started there rather than with the roof.
What are leaf guards and do they eliminate cleaning altogether?
Leaf guards and screens slow down how quickly debris builds up and can reduce how often cleaning is needed. Whether they eliminate it entirely depends on the trees around your home, so that's worth discussing when we come out to take a look.
Do you repair fascia and soffits as part of a gutter job?
Yes, fascia and soffit repair is part of the work we do. If we find damage while we're replacing or repairing gutters, we can take care of it at the same time rather than leaving you to arrange a separate visit.

The Rest of What We Do
Re-roofing
A full tear-off and replacement that starts by exposing the deck so nothing gets covered up without being photographed first. The roof is dried in the same day it's stripped, and rotten sheathing is replaced before new material goes down.

Active leaks get a same-day tarp to stop water from spreading while the structure dries out enough to repair properly. Everything is photographed throughout, which gives you usable documentation if an insurance claim follows.
Read moreStorm damage
After storm damage, a proper on-roof assessment with photographs gives you something concrete to hand an adjuster rather than a verbal opinion. Honest advice on whether the damage actually warrants a claim is part of the assessment.
Read moreFlat roofs
Torch-on and TPO membranes for additions, garages, decks and small commercial roofs, with drainage and slope corrected rather than just resurfaced. Flat roofs fail slowly at seams, so getting the water moving off properly is the part that matters most.
Read moreSkylights
Skylight leaks are almost always a flashing problem rather than a fault with the unit itself, and reflashing a sound skylight costs considerably less than replacing it. New installations are scheduled within a re-roof wherever possible to avoid opening the roof a second time.
