Emergency plumbing
in North Vancouver
Burst pipes, frozen lines, and major leaks handled any day of the week, including weekends and after hours. The van is stocked with common parts, so most jobs are wrapped up on the first visit.
What this covers
Emergency plumbing, done properly
A burst pipe doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Most emergency calls on the North Shore get someone out the same day, often within a couple of hours.
We carry the common parts on the van, so a lot of jobs are finished on the first visit rather than becoming a two-trip saga.
- Burst and frozen pipes
- Major leaks and water coming through ceilings
- No water at all
- After-hours and weekend callouts
- Shutoff valve failures

Questions
Emergency plumbing: what people ask
What should I do while I wait for you to arrive?
Find your main shutoff valve and turn off the water supply to stop any further damage — it's usually near the water meter or where the main line enters the house. If water is coming through a ceiling, avoid the area and turn off any electrical circuits nearby at the breaker panel.
Do you carry parts on the van, or will I need a second visit?
We stock the common parts on the van precisely because emergencies can't wait for a parts run. A lot of jobs are wrapped up on the first visit, though if something unusual is needed we'll let you know right away.
Do you handle emergency calls on weekends and holidays?
Yes, we take emergency calls seven days a week — weekends, holidays, and after hours included. A burst pipe doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we.

The Rest of What We Do
Hot water tanks
Cold water and a failing tank usually come down to one part or a unit that's simply reached the end of its life. Honest diagnosis comes first — plenty of tanks only need a repair rather than a full swap-out.
Read moreDrains & sewer
Slow drains and full blockages cleared, with a camera inspection run afterward to find the actual cause. On older North Shore properties it's often roots, and seeing them on footage helps decide the right next step.
Read moreRepiping
Older galvanised and poly-B pipe eventually starts failing in ways that make patching the more expensive choice. Work is staged so you're never without water overnight, and everything is photographed before the walls close back up.
Read moreBathroom & kitchen
From a single tap replacement to full rough-in plumbing for a renovation, the work gets done before anything is tiled over. Finish installs, contractor rough-ins, and appliance hookups all handled in the right order with other trades in mind.
Read moreGas fitting
All gas work is carried out by a licensed gas fitter, pressure tested on completion, and permitted where required. Lines for ranges, dryers, fireplaces, and outdoor barbecues are straightforward jobs, but correct paperwork matters when it's time to sell.
