What we do
HVAC Work, Start to Finish
We handle everything from a no-heat emergency to a full heat pump install, and we won't sell you a replacement when a repair is the honest answer.
Furnace repair
A furnace that's stopped heating needs attention now, not next week. Most common failures come down to igniters, flame sensors, or blower motors — parts carried on the truck and swapped out in a single visit.
Read moreFurnace replacement
Replacing a furnace makes sense once it's past its useful life and repairs stop adding up. Each installation is sized to the actual heat load of your home, and the rebate paperwork gets handled for you.
Read moreAir conditioning
Central air conditioners and ductless mini-splits both lose ground quietly over winter, often showing up as failures during the first hot stretch. A spring service catches that before the summer rush makes a booking hard to get.

Heat pumps handle both heating and cooling in one system, and Coquitlam's mild winters are close to ideal for how they perform. The numbers get run for your specific home so you know whether it actually makes sense before any decisions are made.

An annual service goes through the furnace and AC while any issues are still minor and inexpensive to fix. Things like a dirty flame sensor or a blower drawing too much current get caught before they turn into a January breakdown.

Reviewed on Google
These are real Google reviews from customers in our service area, and we haven't filtered out the ones that aren't glowing.
Heat pump install. They handled the entire rebate application, which was worth about two grand and I would never have got through myself.
Furnace died on the coldest night of the year. Sandra had someone here before 9am and heat back on by noon.
AC quit in the July heatwave and everyone was booked two weeks out. Cedarline came the next morning.

About us
Fifteen Years of Tri-Cities Furnaces
I'm Sandra. I started as an apprentice in 2010 and bought the business from my old boss in 2019.
We're five technicians, all gas-ticketed, and we deliberately keep enough capacity spare that a heatwave or a cold snap doesn't mean a two-week wait. That's the entire point of calling an HVAC company.
We also won't sell you a new furnace when yours needs a part. It happens a lot in this trade and it's the fastest way to lose someone's trust for good.
Questions
The Things People Ask
If your question isn't covered here, we're happy to answer it over the phone — just call us and we'll give you a straight answer.
My furnace is old. Repair or replace?
Depends on the part and the age. Under fifteen years and it's usually worth repairing. Past twenty, you're feeding money into something that will fail again. We'll tell you which situation you're in.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
A flat diagnostic fee, and we waive it if you go ahead with the repair. You know the number before we come out.
How fast for no heat in winter?
Same day, and usually within a few hours. We hold capacity back in winter specifically for this — a cold house isn't something to book for next Tuesday.
Are heat pumps worth it here?
On the coast, genuinely yes — mild winters are where they perform best, and the rebates are substantial right now. We'll run the numbers for your house rather than give you a sales pitch.
Do you handle rebate paperwork?
Yes, and it's included. The programmes change often and the forms are tedious; leaving it to the homeowner is how the money goes unclaimed.
No Heat or No Cooling?
Call us and we’ll tell you right away when we can get a technician to you.
